If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

By voluntarily submitting, sharing or providing any ideas, suggestions, concepts, comments, feedback, design preferences, wording, phrases, themes, colour suggestions or other materials to Lumivio Design (“Submissions”), you acknowledge that providing such Submissions does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, ownership, co-ownership, royalty, commission, profit-sharing or other financial entitlement between you and Lumivio Design.
You grant Lumivio Design a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, develop, combine, publish, display, distribute and commercially exploit your Submissions, in whole or in part, whether independently or together with other ideas, materials or contributions, for any purpose connected with Lumivio Design, including the creation, development, manufacture, marketing, promotion and sale of products and designs.
You acknowledge that Lumivio Design may use, develop or incorporate ideas, suggestions or feedback received from you without any obligation to notify you, obtain your further approval, provide attribution or pay you any compensation, royalty, commission or share of revenue or profit.
Where a Submission contains material in which you own copyright or other intellectual property rights, you retain ownership of those rights unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. However, by submitting such material, you grant Lumivio Design the licence described above. Nothing in these Terms requires Lumivio Design to use any Submission.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any Submission to Lumivio Design and that your Submission does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights of any third party.
For the avoidance of doubt, participation in Lumivio Design’s feedback, design-development or community activities does not make you a designer, co-owner, shareholder, partner, investor or beneficiary of Lumivio Design, and does not give you any right to ownership of, or financial participation in, any product, design, intellectual property, revenue or profit generated by Lumivio Design.
